Team Grader Support
Team Grader offers a variety of support models to help your club get up and running with the system.
Online - watch the video user guides on this website for a step-by-step guide to using the app.
Phone support - as part of your subscription, each club may nominate two users who will be provided telephone support to help answer questions and resolve issues.
Training - Team Grader can set-up a training course that can be used by your club to train the various users on their roles. Contact email@example.com for more details.
Training database - your subscription allows you to set-up a second club to be used for training purposes.Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
First time set-up - you will be provided with a link to the dedicated web pages for use by your club. On request, we can help you with the initial set-up of your club and age groups.
Contact Team Grader for details on the load process for your member data. We will work with you to customise the load for your registration file.
Subscription & Pricing
Use of Team Grader is free for up to 20 players. This is intended for clubs trialling the app.
The standard Team Grader subscription is based on the number of players at your club and includes the support options described above. The subscription includes the cost of storing player history for a maximum of 4 years (if the subscription is renewed).
Storage of data for longer periods is also possible but will incurr an additional charge.
